NON RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
Video Projectors/ Lifts / Screens/ Auto 12 Volt Products, Televisions, Digital Signage Products.
These Items are only returnable if they have concealed damage that was not visible at time of delivery and will be exchanged for same exact model. Upon delivery you will have the option to open/unpack the item for inspection before signing the manifest. In the event you are not available to inspect the item at time of delivery you have 24 hours to make any claims of concealed damage. You can contact us via phone or via email if it is after hours to file your claim.
ALL NEW and RECERTIFIED ITEMS SOLD COME WITH FULL MANUFACTURE WARRANTY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store in order to return an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
All Packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt. A damage claim will be filed on your behalf and we will replace the item immediately once the claim is approved.
Refunds / Exchanges
A processing fee of Fiften (15%) percent will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund within Five (5) days of receipt.
Sun Home Theater will process your refund to the original form of payment. For cash refunds greater than $500.00 a corporate check will be mailed to the customer address. Please allow 14 days for processing from refund date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Fifteen Percent (15%) restocking fees may apply. You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to product while in transit to Sun Home Theater. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Care within Three Days (72 hrs).
If you purchased a product from Sun Home Theater and you wish to exchange for an alternative, for speedier receipt of your exchange you can place a new order for the desired item and when we receive the original back we will issue your refund. If time is not an issue you can send back the original and upon receipt we will ship your exchanged item. Processing fees may be waived on exchanges, ask our service department about this when processing your exchange.
An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with no processing fee. You may also return a defective item for a refund.
Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-14 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
Defective parts returned for replacement must be received within Ten (10) Days of the original invoice date. Items received by after the initial Ten (10) -day period are no longer eligible for refund and will be forwarded to the original manufacturer for repair or replacement only, the choice of which will be at the discretion of the manufacturer. For repair or replacement inquiries, please contact the manufacturer directly.
For product replacement or refund requests, please return the entire item package including all accessories. Package contents will be verified for completeness before a replacement / refund is issued.
Note that any physical damage will automatically void the product warranty and we will return any products that exhibit physical damage back to you. For example, we cannot accept returns if the item is cracked, chipped, burnt, or if the item has sustained any other type of physical damage. We highly recommend carefully reading the manufacturer's instructions before installing your product.
Please make sure that your item is actually defective and that you have ruled out other incompatibility possibilities before returning the product. When we receive the returned item, we must test it thoroughly to verify that it is actually defective because our suppliers (usually the manufacturer) will not accept returns or exchanges for working items. If we determine that the returned item is in working condition, we will ship it back to you.

Please fill out and submit an RMA request form. After receiving an RMA number, please send the return items to the address provided in the RMA number email.
Who pays for shipping an item back to Sun Home Theater?
The customer pays for shipping the product back to us, and we will pay for shipping the replacement product back to the customer. We understand that it is not your fault if the product is defective, but please understand that we also have to pay the transportation costs associated with getting a replacement from our suppliers. We would not be able to offer such low prices if we had to absorb all of the shipment costs associated with a return.

Is there a restocking fee?
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund, including all orders canceled while in transit. There is no restocking fee on RMA returns that are tested to be defective. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
